I have set the following goals for myself for 2012.....
- Develope a Bible based diet during my personal daily Quiet Time to help with my eating & snacking
- Cut out caffinated beverages within the first 12 weeks of the year and then soft drink altogether after 24 weeks-after 24 weeks one or two soft drinks a week will be ok if I want one
- By the end of 2012 I will eat at fast food places (Burger King, Pizza Hut, similar local places) once a week
- Begin an exercise program and develope it to the point that I will be able to change routines due to weather or other time conflicts, but still workout six days a week
- Eat healthy at restaurants when I do eat out
